Cup of Excellence: The winning lots are coffees scoring 86 points and above in each cupping by both the National Jury and the Cup of Excellence International Jury. These coffees have each been cupped a minimum of five different times during the cupping process. Cup of Excellence lots are stored in NEW Klabin® high-barrier paper bags inside box cartons (see here for more information). The lot size indicates the number of 30kg boxes. Each box contains two (2) 15kg packed NEW Klabin® high-barrier paper bags. Successful bidders will be charged $.10 (ten cents) per pound mandatory fee for NEW Klabin® packing in addition to the per pound cost of the auction price for each lot. Bidders who choose vacuum packing will need to inform the exporter and be prepared to be charged $0.25 (twenty-five cents) per pound vacuum packing fee for unpacking and packing Cup of Excellence coffee lots.
