History of the farm:
In the year 2000, the farm began to prepare itself to seek new markets, however, it focused on differentiating its product through quality and the region’s attributes, factors that started to attract the attention of international buyers. With a bold vision of the market and always thinking about new opportunities, the Delarisse family created its own brand: Delarisse Original Vulcano Coffee, referencing the volcanic region of Chapadão de Ferro, where the farm is located. We seek, within the unique characteristics of our volcanic region, exotic flavors in our coffee, as we have climate and high-elevation soil that directly influence the drink.
Investment in technology and quality-improvement processes guarantee standing out in many coffee contests. In the case of the Delarisse coffees, quality is proven, making the volcanic coffee from the Chapadão de Ferro farm synonymous with a differentiated and unique drink in the region.
Our project for the future is to increase productivity, always maintaining quality standards, with the deployment of new areas and more productive varieties. With respect to the farm, the objective is to improve, each year, the processing and housing installation in order to improve the quality of life of our workers and obtain, as far as possible, the recommended certifications.
Concern about quality:
The Chapadão de Ferro farm possesses the Certifica Minas seal. Because of this and because of our concern about quality and the environment, the Delarisse coffees are produced responsibly, complying with processes and standards in good agricultural practice protocols. Nowadays, it is an obligation to produce with environmental, labor and social responsible, and to this end certifications help us respect the rules. Each year we improve where we need to, seeking new certifications, in order for our clients to be certain that they are acquiring a high-quality and ecologically-correct sustainable product.
