I learned to grow and care for coffee from my father at an early age. It is a family tradition that my father started 25 years ago. It is a one manzana (0.7050 hectare) farm which produces 40 to 50 quintals of parchment coffee. We give proper cleaning, fertilizer and application of foliar to our coffee.
