Eli Espinoza is the owner of a 4ha coffee farm, the farm is mostly cultivated with TYPICA and also with caturra and bourbon. Eli makes the whole process of his coffee from home, that is at 1800msl, and the land where is the coffee located is higer from 1800 to 2000msl. Eli arraived to the region when he was just a teenager to look to work in farms collecting coffee. After a while he could buy a piece of land with a house where he started growing coffee. This year Eli has started to process his coffee as NATURAL after he invested in a big solar dryer that allows him to process a bigger amount with better control in the process. During the harvest of 2018 Eli did some trials with natural process and saw the process enhance the resoult at the moment of cupping the coffee adding different descriptors and increasing its puntuation. This loti s almost 100% CATURRA with a Little bit of BOURBON, it was harvested at 1850msl.
