The farm name is EL REJO located the the Little village of EL TRIUNFO, at the district of SAN JOSE DEL ALTO, province of JAEN, región of CAJAMARCA. It is found at 1750msl.
After passing for many different fields in the coffee industry, it kept my attention the importance of having a general communication from the farm to the final producto. This encouraged me to incurcionate with 1.5has. with a native variety from the región (bourbon). Nowadays i see with really positive eyes the production in this farm the same as the post harvest result during this campaign.
At the beginning the farm gave us a harvest of 7 QQ of high quality coffee. Later we improve our agronomic system giving us as a result a production of about 22QQ by the hectare. This year is the third harvest we have with my farm and the unit produced 45 QQ/ha this time.
