El Cambalache is a small farm of 6 hectares, founded in 2015, located in the Municipality of Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, at an altitude of 1,350 to 1,500 meters above sea level. The farm was inherited from our father, after finishing our university studies, so that we could enter the world of coffee, to work the land, and above all, to do it with the passion that our father did for a long time. Currently the farm has the following varieties planted: Maracaturra, Pacamara, Catuai Rojo and Caturra. Our success with the management of the farm has been based on sustainability and care for the environment, with human resources as the main protagonist of everything we do.
El Cambalache is a farm in which we get involved as a family. We always try to innovate new things for production and new processes to try to always give the best product. We have learned to do things in an efficient and environmentally friendly way, we bet on a totally clean production.
