Following my family’s tradition and my father’s advice, my family and I acquired this farm 30 years ago. In 2014 we decided to renovate the farm with the idea of growing varieties that are recognized for their excellent cup.
We named our farm “Los Manantiales” (Springs) because there are several water springs across the farm.
We have a strong commitment to quality, to provide the roasters and consumers of our coffee an excellent raw material. We thank the Cup of Excellence program and all its organizational structure for the opportunity to participate in the Cup of Excellence contest, which represents a great help to face the challenges that are imposed by the current COVID-19 pandemic, the economic crisis associated to this pandemic and the hardships of climate change.
