History:
The farm is owned by the Anzueto Sandoval sisters, 4th generation in coffee production. The mountains and the ecosystem where the coffee is grown is the most precious jewel of our coffee company. We know that quality coffee not only comes from good plantation management and good agronomic practices, but also from the ecosystem where the coffee is grown, that is why we constantly seek to maintain favorable conditions taking care of the vegetation, making soil erosion controls, not using herbicides and doing an integrated agronomic management, including the protection and preservation of water springs. We work on this for a single purpose: that future generations can keep working the lands for coffee. The mountains with deep volcanic soils and heights ranging from 1700 to 2000 meters above sea level, are the responsible for the diverse microclimates generated in the Huehuetenango coffee zone, giving birth to exclusive and exceptional cup profiles. The iconic main house in Isnul has over 50 years of existence, was the place where the owners grew up and now is the place where their grandchildren run and enjoy.
