| History
My family is conformed by my wife and three daughters,
it is a completely coffee growers family. We are very close to each other
and we have future vision for the coffee business. We are in process to
get the Fair Trade Certification.
Environmental Care
The place where my farm is located has a high slope,
so it is propense for the erosion if I don't take care of the water sources
and native trees. My family is committed with the preservation of the water
source because the sunny season in this region is very intense.
Coffee Processing Information
All the wet milling process is done in the farm, it is
done in the ecologycal way, to avoid wastes of water. All the drying process
is done by sun exposure.
