| History
The farm is a familiar enterprise. Rigoberto started as the leader 8 years ago when his father passed away. He worked hard with his father in the different labors at the farm. He is committed with the quality and an adequate managing of the trees, looking for the preservation of the environment.
Environmental Care
The byproducts of the wet milling process are adequately treated. The pulp is used to produce organic fertilizer. Residual water is filtered in special tanks before going back to the water sources. He doesn't cut the trees.
Coffee Processing Information
Traditional wet milling process with 12-16 hours fermenting. Solar parabolic system is used for drying the parchment.
