| History
My father was a coffee grower, and I got married 20 years ago with Gerardo Collazos, another coffee producer. We had three children. Our familiar company is conformed by 3 farms, in total 25 hectares and 22 hectares in coffee. We are members of the Associative Group San Isidro y we are currently working to get the Fair Trade certification.
Environmental Care
We do have alive barriers in the borders of the farm, to preserve the fauna and flora. There is a system for the treatment of the residual water, the pest control is mainly cultural.
Coffee Processing Information
Good control and analysis of the soils, good practices for cleaning, fertilizing and integrated control of the broca. We only pick the red beans, the depulping process is ecologycal, and the drying process is solar. All our coffee is commercialized through the Cooperative CADEFIHUILA.
